Il banco di assemblaggio ruote e' costituito da un supporto centrale graduato di contenimento mozzo, con possibilita' di regolazione per la messa in centro della ruota (campanatura), da tre rulli periferici, con possibilita' di regolazione, sia per la larghezza del cerchio, che per il diametro, il tutto con riferimenti graduati.
Il banco,inoltre, ha la possibilita' di essere regolato in tutti sensi per consentire all' operatore la posizione piu' ideale di lavoro (sia in piedi che seduto).
Il gruppo di avvitatura e' costituito da un alimentatore automatico di nippli. Molto pratico e veloce, dotato di selezione e sparo nipples con sensore, di avvitatore pneumatico speciale, regolabile in altezza, di supporto bilanciato per avvitatore, di un trasformatore elettrico per bassa tensione, di un riduttore e lubrificatore di aria compressa.
Possibilità di eseguire, con semplice modifica all’avvitatore, la raggiatura di ruote da corsa con cerchio a doppia camera.

The wheel assembly station is made up of a central notched support for holding the hub and offers the possibility of centreing the wheel (cambering), three peripheral wheels with adjustment facility, for variations in both width and diameter, and with reference calibrations.
Furthermore, the station may be adjusted in all directions, so as to facilitate the most suitable working position for the operator-either seated or standing.
The screwing group consists of an automatic nipple feed and screwing unit. Combines linear design with high-speed and precision performance.
Sensor-selected nipple feed. Incorporating special pneumatic nipple screwing device. Height adjustable base. Balanced support for screwing head. Integrated with low voltage electrical transformer, and compressed air reduction and lubrication group.
Possibility, if so required, through a simple modification to the nipple screwing device, to effect the assembly of double wall race wheels.
