AUTOMATIC MACHINING OF THE STEM COLUMN

Macchina per la lavorazione automatica del tubo piantone manubrio.Macchina completa di caricatore automatico. Esecuzione in automatico delle seguenti lavorazioni:

- Carico pezzo
- Unità di bombatura con effetto smusso da 1,5 x 30°

- Unità di taglio a 55° per tubo diametro 21,15 e 22,15

- Unità di rastrematura e calibratura sino a mm. 150

- Stazione di scarico pezzi

- Produzione c.a. 3.000 pezzi in otto ore

Machine complete of automatic feeder. Automatic execution of the following operations:
- tube loading
- Unit reducing/tapering
- possible cutting at different degree of one extremity
- possible cutting at different degree of the second extremity
- calibration unit (max 150 mm.)
- automatic piece unloading
- Production : 3.000 pieces / 8 hours
